Ridiculously easy to clean and fill
For over 16 years, my birds arrive on tax day (the only reason to look forward to April 15) and leave mid-late October. I have 3 kinds of feeders. They all get used, but this is by far the easiest to maintain. I use the clear one and add food coloring to the water to see the level easily. Even the fidgety female hummers hang out at this for several minutes. Males still defend it. Love it, looks great, works well, decent price.

Where are the hummers?
I love the design, functionally and visually, of this feeder. However, I have only seen one hummingbird check it out in the week it has been up. And it flew off without partaking. I hung it in the same place as my old (leaky) feeder which was always swarmed by the hummers. Any suggestions to help them start using this one? i also haven't seen hummers around this year in general, so maybe it is a coincidence and they just aren't around for some reason.

This bottle is great!
Use for Hummingbirds. I place this in the lower branches of the Southern Magnolia, approximately 6 feet off the ground. Positioned within a leafy area towards the house, I find myself filling it every two days with 2 cups of food. Because it has multiple ports, the hummers flit from flower to flower for minutes at a time, but they are still stingy and attack any other birds that come near.

Hummingbird heaven
Hummers can sit on the edge with their teeny feet and the slight color of the "flowers" don't scare them away. The liquid is gravity fed and doesn't overflow from heat like others. I have 3 other feeders and this is the one the birds come to all the time, in fact, I've put the others away.
