Especially for Cardinals

Ample perching room at a feeder is essential for cardinals. Larger than many backyard songbirds, they prefer to eat on the ground or at feeders that provide firm footing. Our platform and hopper feeders, filled with sunflower seeds or our Cardinal Delight Blend, are perfect for attracting the beautiful “redbird.” Cardinals create open cupped nests in bushes and shrubs and do not use bird houses.
