Happy to receive the bird house, hope it's the first of many. Want it for cardinals in my area. House looks like a first class, quality product. Give it an easy 5 star rating. My only issue, as a new bird lover, I don't have the experience & knowledge on how best to use much of the various products I buy. I'm learning and want to be more expert. My only critical feedback is that I wish there was a basic and brief sheet included on how to best use the birdhouse. For example, placement of the birdhouse to best serve the bird. Also, should/could I paint it? or best as is. How will the house weather?, do I clean it?, etc. Would've been appreciated. I assume many customers are new and enthusiastic but lack the knowledge.
