How to Join:

• Determine the foods you wish to purchase.
• Determine the dates you wish to have them delivered. (min. of 3 delivery dates per year)
• Place your order as usual. Type the dates, types and amounts of food to be delivered in the 'gift message/special delivery instructions' comment box at checkout.
  (ie. Ship 10 pounds of Sunflower Hearts #2485, and 5 pounds of Nyjer Seed #7405. On the first of September, October and December.)

Managing Your Food Club:

• If you have questions about how to order, your membership, or if you would like to make adjustments to your delivery schedule, contact your account manager Carolyn Whitman via email or call 1-877-274-3716 M-F 8:30-5pm Eastern Standard Time.
• To place additional unscheduled seed orders and receive your 10% food club discount, be sure to click the 'this is a food club related order' box at checkout. We will automatically discount your order as it is processed. If ordering by phone, mention your membership to our service staff to ensure you receive your discount.
• There is no maximum -- we can ship as often as you want. Schedule for once per month, every other month, or any combination that best fits your individual needs.
• You will only be billed for deliveries at the time of each shipment. Each shipment will include a reminder notice of your next delivery.
