How does the Club work?
- Call to tell our Club Manager, Carolyn Whitman, what item(s) you want. Select your delivery dates (minimum 3 per year, no maximum)
(877) 274-3716 M-F, 8:30am-5pm Eastern Time.
- To join online: Go to Checkout as usual. Order the item(s) you want. Toward the end of Checkout, use the‘Gift message/Special delivery instructions’ comment box and key in at least three delivery dates, the product name(s) and product number(s) and quantities to be delivered. Your order enrolls you in the Club.
What products are eligible?
- All foods online and in the Duncraft Catalog. This includes: seeds, suets, nectars, peanuts, corn, blocks, bars, wreaths, treats…
How do I change quantities or items?
- Call Carolyn Whitman at (877) 274-3716 to schedule repeat deliveries, postpone or cancel shipments, update quantities, add items. Or you can email her at foodclub@duncraft.com.
- To place additional unscheduled food orders and receive your 10% Club discount, click the "This is a Food Club related order" box at Checkout. We will automatically discount your foods as your order is processed. When ordering by phone, mention your Club membership to ensure your discount.
- Your items will be billed to your charge card on the date they ship from our warehouse. Please inform us if your credit card information needs to be updated so we can always meet your schedule delivery
