I agree with other posters. This feeder is just about perfect. So much so, that I've bought 3 over the years, and now mostly buy replacement bee guards to keep them in shape. I bought a really beautiful (to me) smallish blown-glass feeder and hung that up too, but it never got a visit, while these have hummers stopping by often. (I don't think blues or greens seem of much interest, to hummers, so I suggest sticking to reds). I refill feeders frequently in hot summer weather, so I like the smaller capacity. I vacationed on the West Coast this year and our B&B had TONS of hummingbirds, they had 5 feeders busy nearly every moment, but I'm home on the East Coast and we get fewer birds but enough to keep me happy with these feeders.

I have been using this style hummingbird feeder for years. It works very well and is easy to fill (I use a funnel; it is fine without, too). I have purchased the cleaning brushes and they are great, too. We make our own nectar from water and sugar so the red feeder flowers are enough to attract all the hummers that come through our area. I have even been able to get replacement parts from the manufacturer in past years.
