We ordered this and thought only ours was damaged - broken pieces of wood. Called and Duncraft Customer Service and rep was wonderful and said they would send us another one. Second one arrived - damaged as well. Again we called Duncraft to report that this product line does not live up to all the other items we have purchased for several years. All the other items were quality items - not this one !

This feeder arrived in pieces as it had fallen apart in the mail. The wood was soft and cheap and it had been stapled together. I managed to glue it back together. I am using it on a post, so the metal cord hangs out the top and the top knob does not stay put as the metal cord pulls it over. Rainwater leaks into the seed. I would not recommend this feeder- seems like it's very overpriced even at the sale price.
