Shipping Rates & Information
Shipping to Canada:Over the past year we have experienced a prohibitive increase in shipping costs to Canada --due to fuel and other surcharges. Thus, we've had to decide not to ship any longer to Canada. We regret having to set this policy and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.Standard Delivery Timeframe:We ship orders 1-2 days from receipt. Then please allow 7-10 business days for our carrier to deliver your order from our warehouse in New Hampshire. Items shipped directly from our suppliers may take longer. For Best Delivery:Please give us a street address or rural route number for delivery. Also provide your daytime phone number for any order being shipped to a Post Office Box. We will gladly ship to multiple addresses within the U.S. All delivery charges are based on each shipping address.Gift Orders:You may provide us with brief gift messages and we will transcribe them onto gift cards. Please detail gift card and delivery information for each address in the memo space provided at the end of the checkout page.Express Shipping Service (In-Stock Merchandise only, Per Address):For an order under $150 merchandise total, add a flat $15 extra for 2-Day Express Delivery.
