The Sky Cafe's extra large, squirrel-baffling hood makes this feeder squirrel proof! It has an angled rim that sends squirrels slip-sliding off the feeder and prevents them from hanging down to reach the seed. After years of selling this feeder, we have yet to see one chew mark!
The large, see-though hopper holds about 10 lbs. of any seed or mix and the wide seed tray extends 2 inches out from the hopper—plenty of room for larger birds like cardinals and grosbeaks to perch and feed. Constructed of heavy duty, 1/8 inch thick plexiglas. Includes 24 inch hanging chain. 17 x 17 inches. This feeder is pole mountable on a 1 inch pole, not included.
