What products are eligible?
- All foods online and in the Duncraft Catalog. If the birds can eat it, it is part of the program.
How do I change quantities or items?
- Call Carolyn Whitman at (877) 274-3716 to schedule repeat deliveries, postpone or cancel
shipments, update quantities, add items. Or you can email her at
foodclub@duncraft.com.
- It's easy to place additional unscheduled food orders and receive your 10% Club discount. When you get your welcome pack a special
password exclusive to you will be provided for you to enter in our promotion box when checking out. It will automatically discount your foods
as your order is processed. When ordering by phone, mention your Club membership to ensure
your discount.
- Your items will be billed to your charge card on the date they ship from our warehouse.
Please inform us if your credit card information needs to be updated so we can always meet your
scheduled delivery.
