  • I have 3 Metal Haven feeders, two are of all-metal construction, the oldest one has plastic discs above & below the feeding tube. These discs became cracked by squirrels, ice and snow. I noticed that the parts were exactly the same size as one of the recently bought metal ones. I called your store, and ordered & received metal discs. So I am very happy that you had the parts! I repainted the squirrel guard, and replaced all hardware with stainless steel type. I noticed that the latest Metal Havens have more easily cleanable feeding tubes. Definitively a positive step! Thanks for making the BEST feeders, and for supporting your older models. Much of todays products are disposeable, with no manufacturer's support, even for expensive stuff.
