The Duncraft GuaranteeWe want you to be completely happy with our products and service. We guarantee products for one year from date of purchase. If you are anything less than completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for an exchange or a product refund. Please Note: We offer additional squirrel damage coverage on Duncraft Brand bird feeders only. The Duncraft Brand Bird Feeder Guarantee As of 2010 Duncraft adopted a uniform Guarantee for Duncraft brand bird feeders it has manufactured. Duncraft will provide replacement parts or replacement feeder, at its option, free of charge if a Duncraft brand feeder is defective in materials or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This does not extend to damage due to neglect, accident, misuse, or exposure to bears, nor does it include normal use and wear and tear. If a Duncraft brand feeder is damaged by gray squirrels so that its functionality is impaired, Duncraft will, at its option, replace the feeder or send replacement parts free of charge. Please note: If you have bears in your area, we advise our customers to do what we do: take birdfeeders indoors if bears are in your area. We do not cover damage from bears.
