Great Feeder
I have only had this Feeder for 24 hours and Bluebirds are going right in and eating. Starlings attempting but not successful! I love it!

i would not buy again
i have a lot of bluebirds on the property so i decided to by a nice mealworm feeder. this feeder is very nice dont get me wrong. the problem is that the starlings are able to hang on sides reach through the metal grate and even some of them can squeeze through the oval opening. i would rather have the sides be plexiglass all the way and the opening be the standard 1 1/4 circle opening

Requires modification
Excellent bluebird feeder once modified to keep starlings, Jays and other larger birds out.

Bluebirds Like It (but so do the Starlings)
The bluebirds were able to quickly figure out how to use the feeder, though they don't enter or exit through the metal fencing. Unfortunately, the starlings figured out the feeder, too. At one point, there were three starlings inside.

Great feeder for the blues.
Took all of 10 minutes for the bluebirds to get use to this new feeder. The starlings can not get to the mealworms saving me money on the food. Great purchase and fast shipping.
