I was attracted to this feeder because it is dishwasher safe. We have many old fashioned glass bottle feeders which I love, but cleaning is tedious and time consuming. I bought one of these JB feeders to try and I love it! We are seeing at least twice as many hummers as usual. It does do well in the dishwasher and is easy to fill. I just ordered three more.

I didn't even get through 1 season. I liked it at first, but after just a few months the top came unglued from the glass, and never stayed together again. Very disappointed. I almost bought another one until that happened.

My favorite hummingbird feeder. It is sturdy, very well made and easy to clean. The glass top's opening is wide enough that you don't need a bottle brush to clean it (like so many other glass feeders). 16 oz. to me is the perfect size. . . holds enough nectar with out being too big and an eye sore to look at. The plastic bottom is pretty thick and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. I have several other hummingbird feeders and the birds prefer this one.

This works well and is easy to clean.

I absolutely love this feeder, easy to clean and set-up. My only complaint is I noticed that in between the top and the glass there is mold now. I guess it won't hurt anything or the hummingbirds but, it bothers me. Maybe if they designed the top to screw off that would help prevent this problem?
