I bought these feeders last year, and they have been a lot of fun! I have many feeders, but it's these ornament ball feeders the small song birds really seem to enjoy. I have American Goldfinches, House Finches, Purple Finches, Chickadees, White-Breasted Nutchhatchs, and Tufted Titmice enjoying these feeders. Easy, small feeders that really bring a lot of birdwatching fun. I recommend filling with black oil sunflower seeds, other seeds may spill out or be too big. (Black oil sunflower seeds are the favorite of most birds anyway!). Hang out of reach of squirrels, but since there are two, hang one for the birds, and one for the squirrels! They are fun to watch getting seeds out of these balls.
