House comes with its own 14', 3-section post, rope and pulley with lanyard for easy raising and lowering. Updated design allows you to lock the house at any position-making it easier to raise or lower the house.
Includes a ground socket, guard rails for fledglings and door stoppers to prevent other birds nesting before martins arrive. Enamel finish; assembly required. 18 x 20 x 15 inch. Made in the USA.
