red ant baffle, works well. it is sturdy and holds a good amount of water. The chickadees seem to like drinking out of it also. The red ant guard is also good on duncraft, not as sturdy but nicer looking and bit see through so you can see water level.

This is the best, ever ant-baffle that I have ever used. I have used the clear one by Duncraft & liked it as the water did not evaporate as quickly but it accidently fell onto a large Oak root & cracked. These red ones have never cracked. They do require monitoring to check for leaves & twigs thatmay fall into baffle.The ants can the debris to get to the feeder. Easy to take inside & clean with soap & water. Chickadee's & Cardinal's love to use it as their water basin.

i either use water or cooking oil and it does keep those ants away. it sure beats the green one listed.
