What is a promotion code and how do I apply it to my order?

A promotion code gives you a special offer. Promotion codes can be found on popup windows on Duncraft's website, on our printed catalogs, or via our email Newsletter. Click here to subscribe to our Newsletter! When you add an item to your shopping cart, the website will take you to the Shopping Cart page where you can see the products you have selected to purchase. Near the Proceed to Checkout button is a box titled Add Promo Code. If you have a promotion code, enter the code here and be sure to click "Apply." Please note that you can only apply one code per order.

How do I register my Duncraft bird feeder?

Each Duncraft brand bird feeder comes with a registration card. Please fill out the card and mail it to us. If you don't have a registration card, please email or mail us a note with your name, address and email address and the name or model number of the product you have purchased. How do I track my order?

Tracking information is sent to your email address when your order has been shipped. Please check your email! When you open the tracking email, simply click on the "Track My Package" button to see the tracking information. Depending on the time of day or day of the week, there may be a delay in the carrier's website being updated with this information while your shipment is in transit to their local shipping facility. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to send you the information.

The tracking information says the order was delivered but I didn't get it! What do I do?

Please take a few minutes to check around your home to see if the package was left somewhere you wouldn't suspect. For example, sometimes the drivers try to put the boxes where they can't be easily seen from the street, such as behind a bush or garage door. Also, they occasionally leave them at a seldom used entrance, porch shed, or garage door. We also recommend you check with family members, neighbors, or house guests to see if they might have tucked the box away for you "someplace safe." Our customers have found "lost" orders in the most unlikely places!

If your order was shipped via USPS or UPS SurePost, please contact your local post office to see if they can help you locate your order. We often find that the post office can locate the lost item, or at least provide you with more information about it.

How do I return a product that I don't want?

If you purchased a Duncraft brand bird feeder from a local retail store, please do not return it to Duncraft. Please contact the store to ask about their return policies.

Any product purchased directly from Duncraft may be returned for a refund of your purchase price or exchange for another product for one full year from the date of purchase. Return instructions are located on the back of the order confirmation that was sent with your order. If you no longer have that paper, please send a brief note providing your name, billing address, order number, reason for the return, and how you want the return to be handled.
