Our Coates original two floor, four compartment Purple Martin House features all cool aluminum and stainless steel construction. The 6 x 12 inch suites utilizes two compartments per family offering an entry and a nesting room which provides protection from predators. Holes are cut to an exact height restricting starling entry and giving Purple Martins greater security, and it comes assembled.

Reflective roof, ceiling panel for proper ventilation, porch dividers, hinged clean out doors, guard rails, top perch, door plugs and an all-aluminum base plate. This "Coates Original" house, designed in the early 80's, has set the standard in the purple martin house industry! Mounts on telescoping pole, sold separately, we suggest item number 5341V. House measures 19 x 14 x 14, no assembly required.
