Please take a few minutes to check around your home to see if the package was left somewhere you wouldn't suspect.
For example, sometimes the drivers try to put the boxes where they can't be easily seen from the street, such as behind
a bush or fence. Also, boxes are sometimes left at a seldom used entrance, porch shed, or garage door. We also recommend
you check with family members, neighbors, or house guests to see if they might have tucked the box away for you
"someplace safe." Our customers have found "lost" orders in the most unlikely places!
If your order was shipped via USPS or SurePost, please contact your local post office to see if they can help you
locate your order. We often find that the post office can locate the lost item, or at least provide you with more
information about it.
